This seven piece set features a hexagon shaped magnetic knife block and six knives, including a 12cm Asian utility knife, 15cm utility knife, 17cm East West� santoku knife, 20cm bread knife, 20cm carving knife, and 20cm cook’s knife. The blades are forged from a Japanese high carbon stainless steel alloy for toughness, easy sharpening, and long lasting edge retention. The block can store up to twelve knives (max blade length 23cm), six on the outside and six inside. The seamless construction of the blades and handles prevents food, dirt, and bacterial buildup.
