This non-stick saucepan with lid from Anolon is made using Anolon's exclusive SearTech technology which features stainless steel mesh over the cookware's base to keep oils in the centre of the pan. The mesh also helps to protect the non-stick surface from being damaged and the skillet is metal utensil safe, oven safe to 260 °C and safe to use in the dishwasher. Includes a tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a steam vent.
