This non-stick saute pan with lid from Anolon is made using Anolon's exclusive SearTech technology which features a stainless steel mesh over the cookware's base to keep oils in the centre of the pan. The mesh also helps to protect the non-stick surface from being damaged and the skillet is metal utensil safe, oven safe to 260 °C and safe to use in the dishwasher. Includes a tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a steam vent.
