Description
This ring is suitable mainly for electric stove top when using a round bottomed wok as it stabilises the wok on the burner. It also helps to conduct the heat around the wok more evenly. It can also be used with a flat bottomed wok to diffuse the heat from the bottom of the wok and prevent food from burning. For best results use the wider end around the wok.
