The Essteele Per Amore 34cm Covered Wok is made in Italy with a heavy gauge aluminium core fused between two layers of premium 18/10 stainless steel for superior heat distribution, and features elegantly flared rims for drip free pouring and includes a stainless steel lid. Perfect for stir frying, thanks to its deep sides you can also use a wok for deep frying or boiling and the thick, flat base works well on all stovetops including induction and is suitable for use in the oven up to 260C. Metal utensil safe and suitable for use in the dishwasher.
