The Scanpan STS Stainless Steel 32cm Frypan is made from 18/10 premium grade stainless steel which is impact bonded to a steel-clad base, with an aluminium core for optimum heat distribution. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction, the flat base provides maximum magnetic connection to the stovetop, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. The ergonomic, stylish handle is designed to stay cooler for longer and the pan is safe to use in the oven up to 250 degreesC.
