Also ideal for filleting fish, the knife is handcrafted in Japan from VG-MAX steel and features 32 micro layers of Damascus cladding to protect the core and enhance stain resistance. The D-shaped handle design with an asymmetrical bolster provides a perfectly balanced, secure grip and the black pakkawood handle impregnated with waterproof resin adds to the knife's overall beauty and solid functionality.
