The Solidteknics AUS-ION™ XHD 31cm crepe pan is constructed from one piece of clean Australian wrought iron, so it's exceptionally durable with no hard to clean bolts or joins. Its classic flat surface and slight rim provides a great surface for cooking crepes and pancakes, as well as frying haloumi, fish or flatbread at high heat. It includes a helper handle and elongated ergonomic handle, which thoughtfully features a cut out of Australia as a nod to its local production. It's finished with a Quenched™ sandblasted seasoning using non-GMO rice bran oil, so you can start cooking immediately and build up a non-stick coating over time. Ensuring even heat distribution no matter the heat source, it's suitable for all stovetops including induction, as well as the oven and open campfire flames.
