Made from thick cast aluminium with a diamond reinforced coating, the pans distribute heat evenly for even cooking and browning. The new Diamond XD non-stick coating contains 20 percent more diamonds providing superior food release and an improved seal between the cooking surface and the base, for a more corrosion resistant finish.
