Made from thick cast aluminium with a diamond reinforced coating, the pan distributes heat evenly for even cooking and browning. The new Diamond XD non-stick coating contains 20 percent more diamonds providing superior food release and an improved seal between the cooking surface and the base, for a more corrosion resistant finish.
The stay-cool, ergonomic handle makes it easy to move around from the stove to the oven to the table. Suitable for use on all stovetops including induction and in the oven up to 260°C.
