Forged from a single piece of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, each knife is hardened to 58° Rockwell hardness, ensuring durability. The blades are honed using Precision Edge Technology and double-ground at a 14° angle on each side for razor sharp edges. The knives feature a full tang construction with triple riveted handles, providing strength and stability. They are designed with full bolsters and finger guards for safety, and are perfectly balanced to offer comfort and control.
